Rob Van Dam departs Impact Wrestling

Mike Johnson of PWInisder.com is reporting that Rob Van Dam and his girlfriend Katie Forbes have departed from Impact Wrestling.

Van Dam returned to Impact Wrestling last year during their United We Stand live event at WrestleMania 35 weekend and remained with the promotion, bringing his girlfriend Forbes with him.

PWInsider adds that RVD hasn’t been under an Impact Wrestling contract in a while and was signing short-term deals. RVD worked for Impact between 2010 and 2013 as well and won the World title and X-Division title during his time there.
