WWE Superstar Naomi wrote in a post on Instagram that she underwent surgery to remove a massive fibroid that caused her several health issues over the past year.

“In the midst of hurricane Sally and COVID, I also underwent an unexpected 6 hour surgery to finally remove a massive fibroid that’s caused me severe anemia fatigue, horrible abdominal pains, and more problems I don’t even want to mention over the past year and a half,” Naomi wrote.

It’s unclear how long the former Smackdown Women’s champ will be out for. She last wrestled on August 21, losing to Sasha Banks and then beating Bayley in the Beat The Clock challenge.
