Rich Swann signs new deal with Impact Wrestling

PWInsider.com is reporting that Rich Swann has signed a new two-year with Impact Wrestling. Swann confirmed the news in an interview with the website, saying that Impact is the company that best fits him.

“Somebody would that say with AEW going on and WWE right now, they would say that Impact might be under the radar. But, from being inside the company, and seeing the roster and seeing everything, seeing how it’s grown over the last year, I feel that this is the company that is the best fit for me. I want to be a part of something that is growing right now. I feel like we’re going to make some moves,” Swann said.

Swann made his debut with Impact in June 2018 after a two-year stint with WWE. His departure came after he was arrested for domestic violence and the company quoted their zero tolerance policy to cover for his dismissal.

Swann is the current Impact X Division champion.
