Journalists given “unprecedented access” to Vince McMahon for new tell-all WWE book

Craig Marks and Rob Tannehbaum, the authors behind the “I Want My MTV” book, are writing an oral history of WWE which will be published by HarperCollins’ Dey Street Books.

In this book, described as a “tell-all,” the authors will recount how WWE became one of the most successful businesses in sports and entertainment. WWE has granted both Marks and Tannehbaum “unprecedented access” to WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon.

Apart from access to McMahon, the authors will be conducting interviews with WWE Superstars, Legends, writers, producers, managers, business executives and celebrities.

“This will be the most revealing look yet at the innovative and fearless McMahon, in his own words, his family’s words and the words of those who’ve worked with or against him over the past 50 years,” the press release states.

Vince McMahon added, “This will be an unapologetic look at the good, the bad and the ugly, and the journey that made WWE into the global phenomenon it is today.”
