Total Bellas returns on the air tonight on E! with episode five of season three titled Make Up or Break Up?

The synopsis for the episode reads, “After the news of their break up goes public, Nikki is caught off guard and confused by John Cena when he drops a life-altering bombshell to try to win her back.
