Bryon Saxton, who did commentary for the WWE version of ECW for a few months and is also a wrestler and announcer for FCW/NXT, has joined the NXT back room staff as creative assistant.

The Virginia native has been involved with FCW and WWE since 2007 and had different roles throughout his career including wrestling, commentating, managing, and ring announcing.

Saxton will be working with Dusty Rhodes who is NXT’s creative director. The NXT back room staff includes Steve “Skinner” Keirn, Bill DeMott, Joey Mercury, Norman Smiley, Ricky Steamboat, and Terry Taylor.
