Ric Flair underwent surgery today at an Atlanta hospital after he was put in a medically induced coma. No information on the procedure was released.

The surgery, reported by TMZ.COM, was ready after 10AM EST and Flair is now resting with his family by his side. TMZ adds that it’s not known yet how surgery went but his family is by his side. Charlotte, who was in China to do promotion for WWE, is back in the United States and is with her father as well.

It is believed that the situation is still very, very worrying and Flair is by no means out of the woods yet. Information regarding his health remains very scarce at this moment.
