A total of 34 athletes from 18 different countries are currently participating in the WWE four-day tryout in Dubai, being held at the brand-new Dubai Opera House. 27 out of those 34 athletes are men, while the rest are women.

WWE.COM reports that athletes from the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Egypt, India, Pakistan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Brazil, Ukraine, Greece, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Palestine, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom are all part of the camp.

WWE decided to hold the tryout in Dubai based on their massive social media following from the Middle East and India, with Canyon Ceman, WWE’s Vice President of Talent Development, saying that they have over 40 million Facebook followers just from the Middle East and North Africa.

Matt Bloom, the WWE Performance Center head coach, is leading the training camp.
