There will be three title matches on Smackdown tonight, the last Smackdown for the year 2016.

The WWE championship will be on the line as AJ Styles will defend against Dolph Ziggler and Baron Corbin in a triple threat match.

The Smackdown Women’s title is also up for grabs with champion Alexa Bliss defending against number one contender Becky Lynch.

The Wyatt Family, with Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt as the Smackdown Tag Team champions, will take on Heath Slater and Rhyno, The Usos, and American Alpha in a four corners elimination match.

Plus tonight, John Cena will make his first WWE televised appearance since the No Mercy pay-per-view back in October. Cena returned to the ring last night at a non-televised live event at Madison Square Garden and took on AJ Styles and Dean Ambrose in a triple threat match.
