Roman Reigns’ 30 day suspension is over

Former WWE champion Roman Reigns is now officially off his 30 day suspension which kicked in on June 21.

This was Reigns’ first Wellness Program suspension and he was suspended two days after losing the WWE title at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view.

The rumors were that WWE found out about his violation prior to the pay-per-view and changed the script to take the belt off of him. Despite this, Reigns still appeared on Raw the next day and was inserted in a triple threat main event for this Sunday’s Battleground PPV.

His suspension was acknowledged on WWE television and Seth Rollins made fun of Reigns on TV to play up the feud. Reigns played no part in the lead-up to this match which will see the three former members of The Shield facing each other for the first time.

Reigns apologized for his mistake on Twitter but has not tweeted anything ever since.
