John Cena and Nikki Bella were swamped with paparazzi in New York after attending the NBCUniversal Upfronts on Monday and a TMZ paparazzo managed to get some comments out of the former WWE champion.

When asked if he’s at 100%, Cena said that he’s not and he’s probably “30% off what I was operating at in November 2015” but for him, being at 70% is “still pretty damn good.”

Cena made an appearance at WrestleMania 32 by helping The Rock fend off the Wyatt Family and even delivered the 5 Knuckle Shuffle and the AA. Afterward he said that that is as much as WWE medical allowed him to do due to the surgery he underwent in January to repair a torn rotator cuff.

He is already announced to be returning full time to WWE on the Memorial Day edition of Monday Night Raw at the end of this month.
