NXT Takeover moving to Brooklyn during SummerSlam weekend

The upcoming NXT Takeover special will move away from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida, for the first time this August as the show will be part of the SummerSlam weekend in New York.

NXT Takeover will take place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, on August 22, the night before SummerSlam. This will be the first time that WWE will run three live events in a row from the same facility as the Barclays Center will also host SummerSlam and Monday Night Raw the day after.

Tickets for NXT Takeover: Brooklyn go on sale on Saturday, July 18 at Noon EST on Ticketmaster.com. The show will also be broadcast live on the WWE Network.
