ProWrestling.net is reporting that Mickie James is currently a free agent as her contract with TNA Wrestling has expired.

James has been signed to TNA since September 2010 after departing WWE following seven years with the company. She previously worked for TNA between 2002 and 2003.

The country singer is currently the TNA Knockout champion, a title she has won three times and will be defending her title against ODB in a match that will air on Impact this coming Thursday.

The same website also adds that TNA did offer James a new contract but she has rejected the current offer.
