All drug charges against Sean “X-Pac” Waltman dropped

Ryan Satin of ProWrestlingSheet.com is reporting that all charges against Sean “X-Pac” Waltman stemming from his drug arrest at the Los Angeles airport last month were dismissed over lack of evidence.

The District Attorney’s office told Satin that the case was thrown out yesterday in court due to “insufficient evidence.”

Waltman was arrested by airport police in late April while he was on the way to the United Kingdom after the CBP computer system flagged him for his past drug problems. A sniffer dog found the drugs and police officers eventually managed to locate three cannabis chocolate bars, two THC liquid cigarettes, and 38 meth capsules. He was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

The former DX member later told TMZ that the capsules he was carrying were not meth but medicine to treat a yeast infection and said that the truth will eventually come out.
