Xavier Woods undergoes surgery to remove two-inch lipoma

Xavier Woods was unable to participate in the WWE/AAA Worlds Collide: Las Vegas event yesterday as he underwent surgery on Thursday morning.

Woods had a two-inch lipoma carved out from the back of his head, with the former mutli-time tag team champion posting a before and after photo and the size of the lipoma taken out.

Woods wrote that the lipoma was a result of Raw General Manager Adam Pearce instructing Penta to injure him!

He was replaced by Grayson Waller in the AAA World Tag Team title match against champions Pagano and Psycho Clown.
