After a small delay, WWE today announced that it will report its second quarter 2022 results tomorrow, August 16, prior to the market opening. The company will host a conference call beginning at 8:30AM ET to discuss the results.

The delay was due to the $19.6 million in unauthorized payments by Vince McMahon spanning from several years that should have been recorded as an expense for the company but never were.

This will be the first earnings call without McMahon present.
