WWE to hold premium live event in Italy in 2026

WWE President Nick Khan told SportsBusiness.com that Italy will be hosting a premium live event next year to coincide with the television rights moving to Netflix Italy.

While Italy has hosted a few televised events such as Raw and Smackdown, it will be the first PLE in the country.

Khan put over WWE’s international fan base, saying that attendance and viewership for the international PLEs have been significant.

WWE currently airs on Discovery+ and DMAX in Italy, the station ironically owned by Warner Bros. Discovery, the right holders of AEW television in the United States.

Khan did not announce any location, arena, or which show will take place in Italy.
