WWE planning to host major show in India in January 2023

Sports-based website Sportskeeda is reporting that WWE is planning to host a major show in the country of India in January 2023.

The location of Hyderabad has been mentioned in the report, the capital and largest city of the South Indian state of Telangana. It’s unclear if this would be in a stadium or a normal arena, something that the city has both.

Meanwhile, the @WrestleVotes Twitter account adds that the dates January 18 or January 19 are being floated for an international event.

WWE taped a Superstar Spectacle specifically for the Indian market in 2021, an event which aired on India’s Republic Day on January 26.
