WWE introduces the 24/7 title on Raw

WWE introduced the 24/7 title last night on Monday Night Raw with Mick Foley doing the honors.

The 24/7 title will be defended 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across all brands: Raw, Smackdown, 205 Live, NXT, NXT UK, and even between Hall of Famers and Legends.

The rules are pretty much similar to the old Hardcore title which Foley, as Mankind, was the inaugural champion.

Titus O’Neil became the first champion last night but his celebration did not last long as Robert Roode was quick to capitalize on the situation. But the night did not end there as R-Truth has the last laugh and also pinned Roode for the third title change of the night.

The design of the title actually lacks a lot to be desired with a round design similar to the Tag Team titles, a green leather strap, gold main plate and a big 24/7 in green on the main plate.
