WWE announces King of the Ring and Queen’s Crown tournaments

WWE officially announced the King of the Ring and Queen’s Crown tournaments last night and the two tournaments will kickoff next Friday on Smackdown.

No other information was provided except that the tournament continues on Monday Night Raw the following week.

The finals of each tournament are expected to take place at the Crown Jewel pay-per-view on October 21 in Saudi Arabia.

This will be the first-ever women’s tournament similar to King of the Ring while the men’s tournament was last held in 2019 with Baron Corbin winning.
