WrestleMania 42 takes a 45% hit in revenue compared to 41 in the same venue and city

Wrestlenomics published the WrestleMania 42 official gate revenue and attendance after Pollstar released the data publicly.

WrestleMania Saturday drew 45,215 fans for a total of $17,441,679 in gate money while WrestleMania Sunday drew 48,158 fans and $18,558,414 in revenue.

That sends the total to $36,000,093 for the weekend based on 93,373 tickets sold.

Both numbers were down from the previous year, held also at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Pollstar numbers for WrestleMania 41 showed a total of $66,074,558 in ticket sales and 113,412 attendance over both nights.

The revenue for 42 was also lower than what WrestleMania 40 did, which was reported to be $38,500,000.
