A WrestleMania 30 announcement is expected to be made this month with all signs pointing to New Orleans, Louisiana, and the site of this year’s Super Bowl – the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

During this week, several sites reported that a local radio in New Orleans announced that WrestleMania was coming to town however the name of the radio station or the show were never announced.

New Orleans has been the favorite as a location to host next year’s 30th WrestleMania, edging out other cities who have done their best to bring the pay-per-view to their place.

WWE will be holding the Elimination Chamber from New Orleans next week and with WWE already in town it would be the perfect time to make the announcement.

It will be interesting to see what kind of numbering they will use to promote the event, 30 or XXX, considering that triple X is usually associated with adult-related items.
