Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic kicks off next week

The Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament will start on next week’s episode of NXT on USA Network.

WWE only announced four teams from the tournament so far with Toni Storm and Mercedes Martinez, Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter, Candice LaRae and Indi Hartwell, and Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon.

Two first round matches, Storm and Martinez vs Catanzaro and Carter, and La Rae and Hartwell vs Blackheart and Moon, will both air on next week’s show.

This is the first time that WWE will be holding a women’s version of the tournament. The men’s tournament will also continue next week.
