Vince McMahon Netflix docuseries to be split in four episodes

Speaking to Barstool Sports CEO Erika Nardini, WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon revealed that the upcoming Vince McMahon documentary series on Netflix will feature a total of four episodes.

The McMahon docuseries announcement was made during the conference call with investors last week with WWE President Nick Khan saying that this is one of the largest investments by Netflix for a documentary series.

Super WWE fan Bill Simmons will be serving as executive producer for the series and WWE will obviously have a major say in the production. Chris Smith, director of the critically acclaimed Fyer Festival documentary on Netflix, will be directing.

Stephanie said that she’s “totally nervous” about the project as she wants to protect her father…not that he needs protection. “It’s going to be incredible,” Stephanie told Nardini.

No release date was announced.
