Ultimate Warrior’s cause of death published by medical examiner

The medical examiner in charge who performed the autopsy on the Ultimate Warrior reported that the cause of death was a heart attack.

According to TMZ.COM, the official wording on the report reads “Atherosclerotic/Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease,” and the death is classified as natural, meaning no drugs or alcohol were directly involved with Warrior’s death.

It was previously reported that Warrior held his chest before falling down to the floor in front of his wife as they were making their way to the car from a hotel in Arizona on April 8.

Warrior was pronounced dead as soon as he was admitted to the hospital and most likely died on the spot.
