Tonight’s NXT on USA Network will be headlined by the NXT Women’s title match, a Takeover-worthy match featuring champion Io Shirai defending against former champion Rhea Ripley. Ripley is looking to become a two-time NXT Women’s champ, joining only Charlotte Flair and Shayna Baszler to accomplish such feat.

Johnny Gargano will try to get back his NXT North American title as he gets his rematch against new champ Leon Ruff. Ruff shocked the wrestling world last week when – with a little bit of assist from Damien Priest – beat Gargano to become the new North American champion! A blindfold match between Cameron Grimes and Dexter Lumis was just announced as well.

Also, NXT champion Finn Balor will be making an appearance, his first one since breaking his jaw in two places at NXT Takeover 31. Balor will address the state of the NXT title tonight.
