Two matches taken off from the Clash of Champions card

John Pollock from POSTWrestling.com is reporting that there are two matches which have been taken off from tonight’s Clash of Champions pay-per-view.

The first match is the Bayley vs Nikki Cross match for the Smackdown Women’s title. Cross was a notable no-show on Smackdown on Friday with Pollock saying that a replacement for Cross is expected to be announced during the broadcast.

The second match is the one for the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles with Baszler and Jax versus The Riott Squad. This match is completely removed and no replacement will be made. The problem seems to be with either oneor both of the current Women’s Tag Team champs.

No other information is available but the assumptions are these are COVID-19 related issues considering that the company suffered another outbreak recently.
