Triple H comments on Hall of Fame surprise, WWE releases BTS video blog

A few days after he was surprised as being the main event of this year’s WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony, Paul “Triple H” Levesque posted a message on X to share his feelings.

“Been trying to come up with a way to say ‘Thank You’ for the immense honor announced yesterday,” he wrote. “I have had the incredible pleasure of a 30 + year of creating memories and moments… meeting life-long friends (which I’m rethinking both @Undertaker &@ShawnMichaels right now) and of course, the most incredible wife and mother @StephMcMahon. …and the opportunity to entertain the best fans in the world.”

Triple H thanked everyone who reached out and appreciated the kind words and well-wishes.

The WWE Chief Content Officer was surprised with the announcement during a WWE town hall meeting this week at WWE HQ with WWE President Nick Khan and TKO President Mark Shapiro also being in on it along with Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker.

Triple H joked that he was going to kill Khan and told everyone that if they see a body flying off the roof to ignore it!

An eight-minute behind-the-scenes video blog of the announcement was also released by WWE.
