WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque and his wife Stephanie McMahon were in Washington, DC yesterday and appeared with President Donald Trump at the Oval Office as he signed executive orders to use artificial intelligence for child cancer research.
McMahon spearheaded the executive order following her ties to Connor’s Cure, the organization set up in honor of WWE fan Connor Michalek who passed away with cancer several years ago.
“Kids shouldn’t even know what cancer is, let alone have to face it. And this incredible team believes that too,” McMahon said. “This executive order makes kids with cancer the first focus of AI innovation across health care in America.”
She added that if there is one thing in the world that could bring people together, is children, because she can guarantee that if your child was diagnosed with cancer, no one would care what party your doctor belonged to.
“And President Trump is doing just that, enabling every child with cancer gets the best care possible. And we couldn’t be more grateful,” she continued.
Triple H said that he was proud of his wife for her dedication to Connor’s Cure and her tireless advocacy in fight against pediatric cancer over the past decade.
“Today’s Executive Order, which she spearheaded, marks a historic breakthrough in this incredibly important cause,” he said.
Joining them was Linda McMahon, the Secretary of Education and Robert F Kennedy, the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
