Tomorrow’s WWE event in Toronto postponed due to coronavirus

The WWE non-televised live event scheduled for tomorrow at the Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto, Canada, has been rescheduled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

W-O reader Josh Packham forwarded an e-mail to us from Ticketmaster which lists March 27, 2022 as the new date. Those who cannot make the new date can choose to collect a full refund up till January 26.

The show was going to be hosted by Trish Stratus and had quite a few thousands of tickets sold. Coronavirus restrictions in Ontario call for only 50% capacity for indoor events so somehow they had to work around that as well. The event in Laval, Quebec, the next day was also rescheduled for next year after the government of Quebec banned all fans from arenas and stadiums.
