Tommaso Ciampa cuts passionate promo after NXT goes off the air

After NXT went off the air on USA Network, Tommaso Ciampa cut a three-minute promo, putting over the fans and the NXT crew with a passionate speech.

Ciampa said that he never knew how much valuable each and every fan were to professional wrestling and 2020 has been a year that they will never going to forget and they missed their passion month after month following performances in empty buildings.

The former NXT champion continued saying that hate is consuming the country and the world but professional wrestling brings different cultures, communities, ages, races, and religion, all in the same place, cheering for the same thing they love.

“You boo who you want, you cheer for who you want. I don’t give a damn…I am a NXT Superstar. The reason I can say it is because I look out at each and every one of you and you make it possible,” Ciampa said. He also said that when fans are allowed to return to pack arenas, they’re going to make pro wrestling bigger than it has ever been before.

“So, when I say it tonight, I say it for myself, for Vic, for Wade, for Alicia, for Tucker and everybody in the back. When we say ‘We Are NXT,’ we mean it. So, together, each and every one of you, say it loud, say it proud, because we are NXT,” Ciampa said as the crowd finished off the sentence.
