Tiffany Stratton and Penta win the Money In The Bank ladder matches

Tiffany Stratton and Penta walked out of New Orleans with some extra weight: a Money In The Bank briefcase with a championship contract inside.

Stratton was the first one to snatch the briefcase, but was lucky she was allowed to remain in the match after she bounced her head hard on the floor following a Swanton from the top of a ladder on every competitor. WWE medical did check on her but the action continued. Stratton won the match after a duel at the top of the ladder with Lash Legend.

With this win, Stratton becomes the second female to win the Money In The Bank ladder match twice following Carmella.

In the main event of the broadcast, Penta also got his briefcase after he killed Bron Breakker with a Mexican Destroyer from the ladder and onto another ladder which was set up as a bridge. The popular star climbed the ladder and unhooked the briefcase, becoming El Señor Dinero en el Banco!

This match will likely be mostly remembered for Je’Von Evans being shoved from the top of a 15-foot ladder through the roof of an ambulance at ringside.

The two now have up to a year to cash in on any major title anytime, anywhere.
