The Undertaker returns, issues warning to Team Smackdown

The Undertaker made his return last night on the 900th episode of Smackdown and according to him, he’s here to stay.

After interrupting The Cutting Edge segment with a warning to Team Smackdown, Taker said that WrestleMania will no longer define who he is and he’s back taking souls and digging holes, calling Smackdown his home. Taker warned the male Smackdown team that should they fail to win at the Survivor Series, they will have a reason to fear him and Raw’s Survivor Series team better “rest in peace.”

The general belief is that the Undertaker will be back on WWE television after the Survivor Series and will be wrestling occasionally leading up to next year’s WrestleMania. He will certainly not be appearing weekly but will be making enough appearances to build up feuds for the Smackdown-only pay-per-views.

As of this writing he has not been advertised for any Smackdown television tapings yet.
