Stephanie McMahon makes it to AdWeek’s 30 Most Powerful Women in Sports chart

WWE Chief Brand Office Stephanie McMahon was listed in the 30 Most Powerful Women in Sports chart by AdWeek.com.

AdWeek’s “highlight reel” for Stephanie lists that she doubled the number of women on the WWE roster, hiring three female coaches and the first female referee, increased the female fan base to 40%, diversified the lineup with the first women from India and the Middle East, created the Evolution pay-per-view event followed by the first main-event women’s match at WrestleMania 35, and establishing Connor’s Cure.

Adweek also lists what’s coming up for McMahon, such as the launch of WWE’s multiyear partnership with the United Nations Foundation program Girl Up in the fall, and creating Sports for a Purpose to tackle gender-based barriers for girls in sports.
