The Smackdown Women’s title match at SummerSlam has been changed to a triple threat match with the addition of the returning Charlotte Flair.

Flair, who has been out since after Money In The Bank with two ruptured breast implants, returned to the ring last night at Smackdown to help her friend Becky Lynch. Smackdown General Manager Paige then made Charlotte vs Carmella for the night with the stipulation that if Charlotte wins, she gets added to the SummerSlam match.

Charlotte won the match although Lynch was less than thrilled to see her friend added to the title match.
