Shotzi out of Elimination Chamber qualifying match, replaced by Alba Fyre

Shotzi was supposed to be part of a women’s Elimination Chamber qualifying match tomorrow night on Smackdown, but following her injury during Tuesday’s NXT tapings which will air next week, she is unable to compete.

Instead of Shotzi, former NXT UK and Women’s Tag Team champion Alba Fyre will be taking her place. This was announced by Smackdown General Manager Nick Aldis in a video posted on WWE’s social media properties.

Originally it was Shotzi vs Tiffany Stratton but Aldis said that Stratton was taking on Zelina Vega, who was first announced as taking on Naomi so assuming he did not make a mistake, it’s now Naomi vs Alba Fyre.
