Seth Rollins targeting March 2026 return from shoulder injury

Appearing on the Something’s Burning’s show with Bert Kreischer, former WWE World Heavyweight champion Seth Rollins is targeting a March return even though doctors told him it will take six months.

Rollins said there’s nothing good about being hurt but he’s trying to find the silver linings.

“I’ll get to spend more time with my daughter, which is great. More time at home. Once I get this thing off, which is in like another month, then it might be, like, full vacation mode for a little while before I lock in and have to start training to get ready to come back,” Rollins said.

After removing his sling, tentatively in January, Rollins said that he will start preparing for his return in February and that could take a month.

“My guess is about 8-12 weeks of, like…’Okay, now I have to stop eating like an assh*le.’ Probably 12 weeks,” he continued. “Plus, we’ll be moving right into WrestleMania season. So I’m hoping around February, after all the holiday stuff, I can start to be like…okay, lock in, no more BS!”

His wife Becky Lynch was also on the show to discuss a variety of subjects.

Rollins was injured at the Crown Jewel: Perth show after doing a coast-to-coast headbutt on Cody Rhodes. The match continued and Rollins eventually got his first win on Rhodes since he returned to the company.
