Ronda Rousey injured but expected to still make WrestleMania

Ronda Rousey is currently injured but is not expected to miss WrestleMania 39 according to a report by Wade Keller of the PWTorch.com. Keller adds that Rousey aggravated a previous injury.

Rousey was on Smackdown last night and was supposed to be part of a tag team match with Shayna Baszler against Natalya and Tegan Nox but they filmed an angle before where Rousey “suffered” the injury. The proposed tag match was then changed to Shayna vs Tegan only and Rousey wore a sling on her arm at ringside.

Rumors are that the former Women’s champion will team up with Baszler to go for the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles at WrestleMania, currently held by Lita and Becky Lynch.
