A young man with autism named KShawn was bullied by children and the video made its way online, showing KShawn telling the kids that he’s going to call Roman Reigns.
Autumn Collette, a friend, saw the video and contacted WWE to see if they can make something special for KShawn.
“That video broke my heart into pieces,” she wrote in a post on Instagram.
Not only did WWE hook up KShawn with a bunch of WWE and Roman Reigns merchandise, but The Tribal Chief himself sent a personalized video to KShawn to encourage him to stay strong.
“KShawn what’s up buddy? You already know who it is, it’s your Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns here and I just wanted to drop by, check in on you man,” Reigns says in the video.
He tells KShawn that a “little birdie” told him that he was having some trouble at school and was getting bullied by other children.
“I just want you to know that all your friends here at WWE are with you. I know it can be tough. Life can be unfair sometimes, it really can, but I just want you to know that we are thinking about you,” Reigns continued.
The WWE World Heavyweight champion then told KShawn that next time WWE comes near him, he will hook him up with tickets and he was going to have the best seat in the house, promising that he will keep checking on him.
“Keep your head up, just know that you are the man. You are a good kid,” Reigns said.
