Ridge Holland gets nasty leg injury after NXT match

Ridge Holland was stretchered out of the Capitol Wrestling Center yesterday during NXT after he suffered a leg injury during the show.

Holland wrestled Danny Burch on NXT on USA Network and then took out Oney Lorcan as well after the match was over. The injury took place when Lorcan leaped over the top rope and on to Holland, who caught him in mid air, but something happened and his leg buckled under the weight. Holland immediately clutched his leg and the referee did the dreaded X hand sign to alert those backstage of the real injury.

There were two replays of the nasty injury and EMTs took their time to carefully place the British star on the stretcher, working their way through a commercial break and two video segments.
