Rich Swann released from jail

WWE Superstar Rich Swann was released from jail yesterday and ordered not to have direct or indirect hostile contact with his wife, indy wrestler Su Yung. Yung, real name Vannarah Riggs, was the victim in the case that led to his arrest.

A court hearing date has yet to be announced but a Judge has been assigned the case already. Swann will remain suspended from WWE until all legal proceedings have been concluded and WWE will probably take further action if Swann is convicted.

There are rumors that his wife eventually paid for his bail although those remain unconfirmed reports. While Swann signed the agreement not to fight or threaten his wife to get out of jail, he is still free to be in her presence as there was no restraining orders filed.
