Raw and Smackdown Tag Team titles to be unified at Backlash 2022

It looks like the WWE and Universal titles are not the only ones getting unified as WWE announced yesterday that the Raw and Smackdown Tag Team titles will be also heading in that direction at WrestleMania Backlash.

The Raw Tag Team champs RK-Bro will be colliding with the Smackdown Tag Team champs The Usos and the winners will be walking out with all the championships.

The current Raw titles were introduced in September 2016 after the brand split and took the lineage of the WWE Tag Team titles which were introduced in October 2002. The Smackdown Tag Team titles were introduced in August 2016.

This is the third match on the Backlash card so far along with Flair vs Rousey and Rhodes vs Rollins.
