Former WWE tag team champions Primo and Epico are going to be repackaged as a new tag team – Los Matadores.

The Los Matadores “coming soon” vignette aired on RAW last night and it was immediately visible that the two Puerto Rican cousins were under the partial mask.

The two have been off WWE television for several months and had a run in NXT as well.

John Cena took a dig at the arrival of the duo in a tweet he posted after the show. “I leave. Los Matadores arrive…..I say….even trade.”

The last person to play the gimmick of a Matador was former Intercontinental champion Tito Santana, who wrestled under the name of El Matador between 1991 and 1993.
