Penta suffered an injury during The Last Time Is Now tournament match against Solo Sikoa and the injury was serious enough that the match was called off.

The Mexican star landed hard on his left shoulder following a hurricanrana from the barricade and Penta received support from the medic at ringside. Commentators then sent the show to commercial as those at ringside and in the back came up with a decision based on what the medics said.

When the show came back on air, the referee stopped the match as Penta was unable to continue and Solo was given the win. The match lasted less than five minutes before it was called off.
