Pat McAfee misses Raw due to family emergency

One half of the Raw commentary team, Pat McAfee, was absent from the broadcast last night which took place from his hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana.

According to PWTorch.com, McAfee had to miss Raw after a last-second family emergency, and was replaced on the show by The Miz.

Miz pulled double duty as he also wrestled during the main event with R-Truth, losing the World Tag Team titles to Finn Balor and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day.

McAfee hosted his Pat McAfee Show earlier in the day and welcomed Chief Content Officer Triple H and Michael Cole on the show. The show was once again interrupted by a “You Lied” graphic from the Wyatt Sicks.

The former NFL star has yet to publicly speak about missing Raw.
