Paige returns to NXT, answers Kelani Jordan’s open challenge

Paige made a surprise return on NXT last night, answering Kelani Jordan’s open challenge for the NXT Women’s title.

The British star, who is the inaugural NXT Women’s champion, was unsuccessful in regaining back the title, with Jordan countering a Rampaige attempt and pinning her for the victory.

This was Paige’s first time in NXT in over 12 years and the fans inside the WWE Performance Center were happy to see her, giving her a rousing welcome.

Paige held the NXT Women’s title for 308 days after winning the tournament for the inaugural title by pinning Emma.
