The Nikki Bella promo from Smackdown was heavily edited from the original one that she cut on Tuesday during the tapings.

Nikki, the new Divas champion, cut a promo on the former champ AJ Lee which was well received from the crowd despite playing the heel. Nikki talked about AJ’s “sob stories” and how she has worked harder than her without going to tell the world what she had done to get where she is today.

“Looks like this #fearless diva is too hot for #SmackDown & #WWE,” wrote Nikki on her Twitter after the edited promo made it on the air.

Her boyfriend John Cena wrote that he is proud of Nikki for speaking from the heart despite WWE not airing the entire promo.
