Kofi Kingston gets WWE title shot at WrestleMania 35

Kofi Kingston has booked his ticket to WrestleMania and will be facing Daniel Bryan for the WWE title thanks to his fellow New Day members.

Big E and Xavier Woods had to go through their own gauntlet match, disposing of Gallows and Anderson, Rusev and Nakamura, The Bar, The Usos, and Daniel Bryan and Rowan to help their friend Kofi earn the WWE title shot.

The Usos were the only ones who forfeited their match out of respect for Kofi, allowing E and Woods to win the match without wrestling.

This will be officially Kofi’s first one-on-one title match opportunity and while he has been in many WrestleMania matches over the years, it will certainly be the most important one of his career.

Kofi vs Bryan is the 13th match on the WrestleMania 35 card so far.
