Jordynne Grace suffers ankle injury during Main Event tapings

Jordynne Grace injured her right ankle during the Main Event tapings prior to Smackdown yesterday while wrestling Alba Fyre.

The injury came after Grace was whipped into the corner but tried to leap over Fyre using the assistance of the ropes, only to land badly on her ankle, twisting it upon impact.

“My ankle glitched irl,” Grace wrote on X, posting a video of the exact moment of the injury.

The referee held up the X hand signal to report a legit injury and the match was stopped, giving Fyre the win. Grace was attended to in the ring and then helped to the back, where Chelsea Green’s wheelchair came in handy.

“Well, at least there was already a wheelchair waiting,” she added, posting a photo sitting in the wheelchair next to Chelsea Green.

Matt Cardona saw the funny side of it, as Grace was wearing a shirt of Cardona earlier in the day.

“@JordynneGrace wears a shirt with Zack Ryder on it today. Ends the night in a wheel chair. And they say @DanhausenAD curses people,” he wrote.

Grace also posted photos on crutches with Green, saying that Green followed her around to document them being “ankle sisters,” while also pointing out the fact that her ankle looked pale in comparison to her fake tanned body.

“Also do not look at my feet,” she wrote.
