John Cena tells TODAY Show he’s ready to be the father of Nikki’s children

John Cena guest hosted NBC’s TODAY show this morning with Kathie Lee and Hoda and talked in length about the recent breakup with Nikki Bella.

Cena made the most out of the six-minute segment to explain what happened and how he got his heart broken “out of nowhere” but wants to get back with Nikki, saying that he still loves her and is not enjoying single life as many are saying.

“The point is, for anyone out there speculating on what’s going on…I love her, I want to be with her, I want to make her my wife, I want to be the father of her children. I just want us to work,” an emotional Cena said.

The former 16-time champ went into detail on what’s going on with his life at the moment and how he still talks to Nikki, but it’s been very difficult for him. “I know for a fact that I’ve been in love, and I’ve never been in love before,” Cena added, saying that love is horrible, real, and beautiful at the same time.

Nikki broke up with Cena just two weeks prior to their planned wedding in Mexico after he once again changed his mind about having children. His appearance today apparently was another u-turn, confirming on national television that he’s ready to have Nikki’s kids while professing his love for her on multiple occasions.
